Good morning Doc!
I''''ve attended a baby sleep programme on Thursday as my almost 1yrs old has been a terrible sleeper since day one. We''''ve started with the routine on friday, and with amazing results, saturday and sunday night he only woke once, but went right back to sleep. My only concern is that every night before bed at night, he vomits because of the crying, he does not vomit before his afternoon naps though. The lady from the programme said i should not feed him again after he vomits, which i haven''''t and he is fine. How long before bedtime should he have his last feed and is it a bad that he has vomit every night since friday

Your baby is vomiting out of frustration and because he is really angry now so this is not a serious problem. He will settle down once he gets used to his new routine. He can have his last feed about an hour before his bedtime, but it takes several hours for milk to be digested in the stomach and he may still vomit this feed if he gets upset again.
