The rash on her head now looks like its inflamed and the yellowish blisters are open, must I use olive oil Elizabeth Annes'' Shampoo still? She scratches her head and would cry sometimes so its itchy

This makes it much more likely that your little girl has 'seborrhoea' and not the typical eczema. As her scalp is raw and may be infected it would be best to take her to be seen by your doctor in case she needs to have an antibiotic.If her scalp is infected and once this has cleared up then you can use the shampoo and olive oil afterwards.
