Re : Night Feeds

My baby girl of 4months wakes up twice every night for her feeds..the last few nights when she wakes and I give her the bottle, she gulps down her milk pretty quickly and withing a few seconds starts choking and coughing, and then starts kicking and screaming and refuses the milk thereafter...what could be causing this? She is obviously very hungry but cannot drink because she chokes everytime..her nose isn' t blocked, I even changed back from the no.3 teeth to a no. 2 to reduce the milk flow. What could be the cause of this as it only happens at night?

This does sound like a teat problem or your baby is sucking in a lot of air while feeding. When she starts coughing choking sit her up and try to wind her.
