Re: Diet

Hi Dr. Regarding my previous post.
My 3yr daughter is 93cm tall and weighs 14.5kg.
She does not eat meat. Chicken or fish or breads.
Only fruit and veg and 500ml Isomil 3 daily.
She does have a multivitamin daily.
Is this sufficient?

Your daughter's weight is slightly above average for her age so this is very good. Her height is slightly below the average but this should not be of concern.Her diet appears to be adequate judging from her weight.Continue to give her a muliviatamin daily
