If your daughter is 23 months old then it is unlikley that she has seborrhoea or cradle cap. She could have a fungal infection of her scalp but this is not usually itchy and is not all that common in such a young child. If her scalp is itchy then she may have nits/headlice in her hair especially if she is at a creche or comes into contact with other children.Do not use the spray on her scalp. If her scalp is not better after using just the Niz-Shampoo and the Xerospor anti-fungal cream for 5days then she must be seen again by a doctor or clinic sister and her scalp carefully checked for nits/headlice.
