RE: 1 year-old still diarrhea

Dear Prof

On your recommendation I startedgiving my son Isomil on Friday, but his stool was still runny yesterday? hopefully it will improve by today. He has also been vomiting since Friday (projectile), and on Saturday I started giving him Ceralyte. He now gags on anything with even a bit of texture and then vomits, so he has only been eating cereal and a small pot or two of Purity dessert. Other than that he is happy and cheerful, and sleeping well, although he does have a good cold with a great deal of mucous. I am getting a bit concerned about him though? is all of this coincidental? or could there be something else going on. Many thanks for you time!

I remain concerned about your baby's vomiting and diarrhoea. If he does not settle down by tomorrow he should be seen by his paediatrician.
