This sounds like an allergic condition called urticaria or hives. Your little girl may be allergic to water contact itself [called aquagenic urticaria] or due to the temperature of the water [called heat urticaria] Give her an antihistamine called Allecet syrup. The dose is 5ml once a day [best given in the late afternoon an hour or so before she has a bath] Your daughter should be seen by a paediatrician who is experienced in treating children with allergies known as a paediatric allergist.
