Q.

Rash

My baby is 5 and a half months old. She' s got a nappy rash now for nearly 3 weeks. It started as little red pimples on bum and private part. Then some of them started breaking and it is bigger red pimples now. I have used Fissan and Suncoderm nothing works. I use Pampers could it be that the gel now is not agreeing with her little bottom? Used Pampers since birth. What other ointment can I use. It does not look like it bothers her.

You should definitely change your baby's brand of nappies. Try Antipeol nappy cream. If she is no better after 5 days please consult your paediatrician.
