Q.

Rash

My 3month old baby has rash on her vigina (top not on the inside). I would like to prevent it before it starts spreading. The rash is red in colour. Should i just use the nappy rash cream?
She also has a rash on her neck that has been there since she was 3weeks old. Is there anything I can do?

The rash on her vahgina may be a mild nappy rash or just a reaction to her nappies. Try changing the brand of nappy and see if she improves. Also clear the rash with a good nappy cream such as Antipeol or Bepanthen. The rash on her neck may be eczema, but I would not like to advise any treatment without being able to see your baby. So it would be best to ask your doctor or clinic nurse about this rash.
