Question regarding Baby nutrition

Hello,

Thank you in advance for your help!

My baby (7 months) is on ' stage 2'  baby foods - he started solids a bit early as he' s a really big baby.
I want to start him on oats - do I just cook them as instructed and serve? I bought them from a health shop.

Another important question is that most foods state that they were made in a factory that contains nuts. There are no nut allergies that I know of in my family. Can I go ahead &  use these products without worrying?!

Thanks again,
Foodie

You can certainly go ahead and give these products to your baby quite safely.
