question

Hi doc.
I have a son who''ll be 5yrs next month. my question is regarding foreskin when he urinates. Is the foreskin supposed to be pulled back when he usrinates? the reason I''m asking is because I''ve noticed that even if he points his willy to the toilet the urine goes to a different direction. This is something I''ve realized now when he is growing up and I think it''s because of the foreskin

As long as his urine stream is normal there is no need for concern even if the stream of urine is a bit 'off target'.Do not pull his foreskin back.
