If your baby is about 3-6 weeks old, projectile vomiting after each feeding, and losing weight then pyloric stenosis is possible. One of my sons developed it at 3 weeks, and it was luckily diagnosed in 4 days time and had surgery the 5th day. If you suspect it you should see your pediatrician ASAP as it can be a severe health risk to your baby.
