Paediatrician

Proteinuria is the loss of protein from the body into the urine. There are several possible causes the mildest being simply a positional cause which is unusual in children.Tthe other causes are usually due to a renal problem such as in a condition called nephritis and more severe protein loss in a condition called nephtotic syndrome. In any case it is best for her to be seen by a paediatrician especially by someone with expertise in paediatric renal conditions.
