I am concerned about your son's symptoms especially the fact that he regularly has severe abdominal pain at night and also the fact that he has night sweats and episodes of projectile vomiting. It is improtant for a proper diagnosis of his problem to be made. One of the first illnesses that needs to be excluded here is TB. Please take him to be seen by a paediatrician. This needs to be done ASAP.
