Q.

Problem concentrating

My son is now 17 months old and struggles to concentrate. He is not speaking yet at all and is FULL of energy. His mind seems to be working too fast. Do you have any suggestions as to what I should do as I do not feel this is normal. Please advise.

Paediatrician

Although your little son does seem to be a bit more active than many children of his age and he is not able to concentrate, this may still be quite normal. It would help him to give him an Omega 3 supplement such as Eye Q at this stage. If you remain concerned about his behaviour when he is over 2 and a half years old ask your paediatrician to see him.
