Q.

Prevener

Hi Prof

I have a 5 months old daughter,i want her to get the prevener...i do her imunization at the phamarcy clinic. when i enquered about the prevener the sister told me she will need 4 injections if i do it now,and three if i start at 7 months and 2 after a year...what would you suggest???
She also said the state is offering it but only to six weeks old babies.Is that so?

Your baby needs 2 doses of Prevenar given 1 month apart now and another dose at 12 months.I hope that you will be able to get Prevanar at your local clinic.
