Q.

Postnasal Drip &  Teething?

My baby is 4 months 1 week &  2 days. I put her in cresh last week &  since then she has had a slight runny poo but only once or twice a day. She also developed I think postnasal drip because the mucus does not come out of her nose but I can hear it inside her nose and when she lies down on her back so coughs a bit. She use to drink 150ml - 175ml of formula then for about 6 days only drank 100ml each time but looks like she is back to 150ml. The cresh did have an outbreak of gastro but those children are now taken out. Other than that she is still smiling, playing a perfect angel. Could this be teething? What can I use for the Postnasal Drip (Sanex)?
Thank you.

This is mostly due to your baby's first experience with being in a creche and all the illnesses that children can be exposed to there.Keep her nose clear with Salex nose drops twice a day and give her Reuteri drops as a probiotic to boost her immunity for the coming winter.
