Post nasa drip etc

Dear doc

My 2 year old was in the sun this weekend at a " pool party" . Eversince yesterday he' s been sneezing and very snotty with a blocked nose and I can hear the phlegm and he' s been pulling his ear. I don' t want to run to a doc just yet as I' m not keen on antibiotics. Is there something I can give him at home, like over the counter?

I' ve been giving him demazine, nurofen(since Saturday eve) and venteze this morning. Sould I add Clarinese to this or what do you suggest?
it is difficult to decide whether you son has picked up a cold or he has an allergy. The fact that he is pulling at his ear may mean that he a has an ear infection. If he does not have a fever then an allergy is more likely. Just use Salex nose drops at least twice a day to clear his nose.Do not give him Demazin, or Nurofen or Venteze.Use Panado or Calpol for fever or pain

Thx doc, appreciate your advice. Did you hear that they complimented you on RSG during December?
