Q.

post meningitis and shunt op

My 3months baby boy was treated for menigitis a month ago and operated by neurosurgon at mediclinic bloemfontein whereby a shunt was inserted to realise pressure caused by abnormal fluid developing. My baby started to retrat the cervical spine backward with extremities extented a week after op. My worries is on that why he ofteninly force the head and not want to stay on anatomical position.
