Sorry to worry you again,
could the problem with the bottle be that he wants the same attention that his baby sister gets?
i started last night with giving him a 125ml bottle and told him when thats finished there is no more and it seemed to work.
his is 4 and must get off the bottle, i will make a star chart and reward him.
thanks so much, you doing an absolutely wonderful job

Thanks a lot. Yes he is trying to be a baby like his little sister. Keep telling him that he is the 'big brother' now and let him 'help' you with the baby. Perhaps he can pass you a nappy when you need to change your baby's nappies and other little tasks like that.
