Possible bladder infection?

My LG is 21 months old. We''ve been to the sea last year october and there I''ve noticed she has like water blisters (a few, one here and there) on her butt and outer lips of her vagina. Also the vagina inside seems to be red in colour. I thought it could be the sea sand and washed her thoroughly and then applied some bepanthen and it seemed to go away.

Now it seems that it''s making it''s presence again. After applying some Bennet''s bum cream and corn starch powder it''s better but when I stop with this treatment it makes it''s appearance again.

She drinks enough fluids a day (water, rooibos tea and her milk). And also does not complain when doing her normal toilet behaviours. She eats healthy during the day (cereal, vegetables, meat, starch). She doesn''t like sweets at all.

Otherwise she has no fever or any other symptoms. What can this be?? She has no discharge or anything.

Should I take her to the dr?

I am a bit concerned about the symptoms you describe especially the blisters you mention. This may be due to a herpes virus infection. It would be best to ask your paediatrician to see your daughter.
