Your little girl's room should not be too cold and there should not be any dampness in her room. Keep her bedroom well ventilated. Give her a probiotic through winter to boost her immunity by using Probiflora Paed as well as Scotts Emulsion daily. If she attends a creche and is often ill and always having a cold consider keeping her at home until next year.
