I would like to know what can i give my 2 year old when he suffers from a post nasal drip. He will not allow me anywhere near him with nose drops or nose sprays?

I would really prefer that you use saline nose drops such as Salex which is safe and effective. If your son won't allow you to use nose drops then you can use an oral decongestant syrup for a few days. There are several of these medicines available such as Demazin or Rinex.
