Please help with my iting todler!

I am at my wits end! My todler is 32 months and has only been at home with my mother inlaw, she is shy when put in a room with other children, but with her cousing that she knows she is showing behavioural problems, like not wanting to share and going after the exact toy her cousin is playing with, even after she managed to get the toy, she will become bored with it as soon as her cousing touches someting else and then we start again, its not like its at our house with her own toys, its at the cousins house as well. She has bitten her cousin on numerous occasions, I dont know if it is out of frustration or what it is. She is not an aggresive child at all.

I have tried a few things, like telling her firmly NO, taking her away from the situation, sending her to her room, we have been bite free for a few months, but yesterday she was at it again!

I have been contemplating puting her in creche as I think it will teach her some social skills like sharing, and self expresion.

Your help will be apreciated!

You have handled her biting habit very well. Speak fimly when she bites another child. Tell her to 'STOP BITING!'
remove her from the scene immediately and put her in her room and close the door. Only let her out when she is quiet. Putting her in a creche will indeed teach her more about sharing, but they will not be happy to have a child who bites other children, so you need to deal with this firmly.
