Dear Dr
My LO is 11 months old she is 7.8kg and eats well she eats rice cereal, maize soft porridge, purity sweet potatoe, carrots she drinks s26 no2 she has a floppy glottis my only concern is her weight she passes about 3 stools a day which i think is the reason she does not gain weight
can you please advise me accordingly as she will soon be one what milk or diet should i change to thank you for you time and God Bless you

Your baby's weight is below the average for a baby of 11 months. She should weigh about 9.5kg now. Her floppy glottis may have kept her back a bit, but the real reason seems to be some form of milk intolerance. She seems to eat well. She does have quite frequent stools. She may be intolerant to the milk formula she is on. Try her on Isomil2 which is a soya formula for a week and see if this makes a difference. If there is no benefit please ask your paediatrician to see her.
