Q.

PLEASE HELP

Hi Doc,

I have two girls, 18 months old and 5 year old.

The five year old had a pimple near her Virgina and she showed me, i notice that her Virgina is little bid open than her sister. I''m worried about this, is it normal, does she have to be closed like her sister down there?

Please help.

It is difficult to be sure about the cause of this pimple. It would be best just to ask your doctor to see her and to decide what this is and also whether any treatment is needed.
