Q.

PLEASE HELP!

My 3 year old son (one of twins) have big lumps I think it is defenitely not warts on the inside of both his hands. he complains of pain and keep telling us that there is a needle inside. He has about six of it all over even inside the palm. I do have pics of it if needed.
I took him to a gp and he prescribed prelone syrup.

This is certainly very unusual and I have not come across this problem before. In adults this may be due to a condition called Dupuytren's contracture,but this is not found in children. It would be best to ask your paediatrician to see your son and if necessary refer you to a Dermatologist or the appropriate expert if necessary.
