Hi
My babies ( not twins - 5 years apart) were both colicy and stomach cramps and reflux..... My Granni made a little bag containing cinnamon sticks (small pieces ) and cloves, i used to SLIGHTLY heat the bag in the microwave and then put it on babies tummy.
NB! DONT MAKE IT HOT!!!!!! just slightly warm.
Mayb becos i believed in it that y it worked or maybe becos i believed IT CALMED ME and that in turn calmed baby....
They are unbelivably in tune with the mommies feelings and stresses.....
GOOD LUCK and ALL THE BEST and dont forgewt to TELL HER WHAT A GOOD JOB SHE IS DOING!!!! AND HOW IMPRESSED U R.
