my newborn baby has redish yellowish pimples mostly in his face and all over his body even between his legs. i am breastfeeding him. what could be the cause of this and how can i treat itt?

This is probably a temporary skin condition seen in newborns called 'Milia'. The cause is unknown but is thought to be due to hormones. It will clear up by itself. No treatment is needed.

My baby had the same, I was also told the hormones thing, BUT when I mentioned that all 3 my sisters childern were allergic to Johnson &  Johnsons baby products, the sister in hospital told me it can be this too. I changed to Elizabeth Annes and she cleared up in less than 24 hours.
She still has allergic reactions to J& J - even the vaseline - only the wetwipes is good.
