Your little girl has recently had a viral illness affecting her chest which is called bronchiolitis. Most children get better by themselves after 14 to 21 days . She does not need the humidifier nor the Zyrtec. Just keep her nose clear with the Salex drops and complete the course of Singulair [1 month should be enough]
