Penisvelletjie is vasgegroei

My seuntjie se penisvelletjie is vasgegroei, (hy kon darem nog piepie) die dokter het ''n stukkie losgemaak en toe vir my ''n room gegee wat verdoof en gese ek moet dit opsit, bietjie wag en self die velletjie bietjie terug druk elke dag. Dit bloei nogals baie elke keer wat ek dit doen, want ek forseer dit mos terug en dit skeur basies. Is dit reg wat ek doen?

This is a normal condition for young boys. The foreskin has not grown attached, your son was born that way. His foreskin will naturally detach from the penis head, normally between the ages of 4 and 16. By pulling back the foreskin you are causing damage to the foreskin that will lead to problems later on in life.
As long as your son can urinate, leave the foreskin.
