pant wetting

hi my daughter is 3 and we have all of a sudden been having major pant wetting episodes.
she potty trained long ago and in the past 2 months she has been wetting her pants often. more so at creche and at her dad' s.
she is a very busy child and i feel more that she gets " too busy"  and forgets to go to the loo.
i also remind her often to go to the loo when we are at home.
my question is do i need to take her to a paed or not as the school and her dad seems to think she has a problem.
if we are in the car and she needs the loo i tell her to hold it and she manages to.
any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

Your daughter was already potty trained and has suddenly started wetting her pants at school and at her Dad's place. I take it from the way that you write about this that you are separated from her Dad. She may be stressed at school or so busy when there or at her Dad's place that she forgets to go to the toilet. Speak to her and tell her what you want her to do and start a reward system if she arrives back home dry. After 5 days of being dry she will get a small reward.
