Q.

Omega oils

I am currently breastfeeding and am taking LACTOCARE supplements (this includes some omega oils). Since I have high cholesterol, my nursing sister said I should take omega 3, 6 and 9 supplements. I' m not sure if LACTOCARE includes all 3 omega oils. Do you know? And is it safe for me to take both the lactocare and another omega 3,6 and 9 supplement (or will it affect me or my breastmilk in some way)?

Lactocare does contain Omega3 and this should be sufficient. You do not need to take extra supplements. While Omega 3 and 6 should be safe for your baby there is no scientific information about the safety of high doses on very young infants.
