Q.

Omega 3 and 6

Hi there. I would like to know what is the best tasting and easy to swallow Omega 3 and 6 that I can buy.

I have 2 sons aged 9 and 6. The 9 year old can swallow the patrick hillford omega''s but the 6 year old need to bite it first and spits it out, cause he doesn''t like the taste.

I tried various omega''s but because the 9 year old can swallow the patrick hillford the easiest and he is in grade 3, I am only buying that. So at the moment the 6 year old is not having any, but next year he is going to grade 1.

You do not need to give both Omega 3 and 6. Omega 3 on its own is fine. Simply buy a good quality Omega3 1000mg per capsule. Cut off one end of the capsule and squeeze the contents onto your son's food once daily.Children usually get enough Omega 6 in their normal diet such as from eating cereals and grains.
