Q.

Omega 3

My daughter (7) is seeing an OT because her school said she is easily distracted. The OT said I must also give Omega 3 but insisted that it must only be Omega3 not 3 &  6. I cannot find Omega3 only for kids - the pharmacy people said I must get EyeQ (Omega 3 &  6.). I could only get Omega 3 from Biogen which looks like it''s for adults.

What is the right amount (mg) Omega 3 supplements for kids. Can I give her the Biogen one.

You can give your daughter any of the brands of pure Omega3 eg Vital. Your daughter can take one 1000mg capsule per day.
