Q.

Oats for 8 month old

Can I give my 8 month old plain oats to eat for breakfast? Just want some variety to her diet and not only give her the baby cereal.

Yes this should be alright at 8 months, but do not make the oats too thick.

Hi KB, my LG started eat oats in 8months and now she' s 14months, but i dnt give her every day. i even give her weetbix she loves it.
