Not sleeping anymore

My little girl will be 13 weeks this week. Since birth she has slept wonderfully, only waking around 3am for a feed. She had her immunizations last wednesday and since then it seems like she doesnt sleep anymore. She still only has her last bottle at 6-6:30 and then we put her to bed. Now, she is waking just after midnight for milk and then at about 4am, which is worrying because my first born does not sleep at all, and he is 2 years already. I am now worried that her waking at midnight is causing a bad habit that I dont want to repeat. Why is she waking now suddenly? Do I give her formula (Isomil soy 120ml at a time), when she didnt need it a week before now?

Please help, I dont want my baby to become a bad sleeper like her brother.

She now weighs 6kg and is 58cm tall.

Your baby's weight is excellent for her age, in fact she is slightly above average for this. She is probably getting a bit hungry at midnight which causes her to wake up. She is bit young to be teething yet and she does not have any symptoms to suggest that she has any other problem. So you will need to give her a feed when she wakes. Hopefully this is just a temporary phase with your little baby.
