Nosebleeds - 19 months old

Good day Dr

My son is 19 months old and experienced his second nosebleed, this morning, within a week.
There was no trauma (no fall, he didnt bump his head, and he wasnt picking his nose), so what could the cause be? His adenoids have been enlarged since he was 4 months old.
I' m a bit concerned since I' ve never heard of toddlers, his age, experiencing nosebleeds. It isnt gushing out, a mere trickle but I' m still quite worried about it!
There are no other symptoms present, other than a runny nose - clear fluid.
The first bleed happened late afternoon and this one happened this morning.
This isnt a symptom of something more serious, is it?

Thanks so much!

Warm regards

It is always important to find out why a child of this age is having nose bleeds. In particular a blood count should be done. Please see your paediatrican about his nose bleeds. The paediatrician may refer him to an ENT specialist if he/she thinks this is necessary.
