nose block

my 1 month old baby girl has a blocked nose and a congested chest its difficult to breath. i have been using a nasal spray it only helps for a while.

It is unusual for a baby to have such a blocked nose at her very young age. Try using infant nasal saline nose drops twice daily to clear her nose and suck any mucous out of her nose using a special nasal suction called a Nosefrida. Ask your pharmacy for this nasal suction device. If her nose does not improve within 1 week she should be seen by a paediatrician.
