I am always concerned when a child of your son's age has nose bleeds. There are many possible causes for this. Please ask your doctor to see your young son and to send a full blood count test to the laboratory just to be sure that all is well with his blood. The doctor must obviously also examine your son's nose to try to find a reason for his nose bleeds.
