There are several possible reasons why a young boy may have repeated nose bleeds.Often a group of blood vessels may be bleeding and may need cauterising. Another cause may be related to insufficient platelets in the blood. These are just 2 of several posibilities. It would besy to ask your doctor to see your son. He may need to have a blood test done.
