Q.

No words

My 19months old boy has' nt say a word, he just speak this funny langauge. but he can understand what is said to him. At this stage i was expecting some few words from his like mama, papa, and his brother' s name, no he is just talking a lot, his own language.

should i be worried, when should i need help.

You are correct, your baby should be saying a few words now, especially Mama, Dada. It is rather common for little boys of his age to not be talking yet. He seems to understand everything which is important.If he is not saying anything at the age of 2 years ask a speech therapist to see him.
