Q.

No walking reflex

My baby is 10 months old and I am a little concerned that he does not appear to have the walking reflex. If I stand him on his feet he either stands still or he collapses his legs to crawl. He can stand up against furniture and he can stand unaided for a few seconds but he has no intention of moving his feet in a walking motion and I know they are suppose to have this reflex from birth? Should I be worried?

You are rushing things here. Babies usually start walking at around the age of 13 months. Your son is in fact doing very well already as he can stand unaided for a short while.
