This is quite common and there is no need for concern.Your nephew's teeth should start coming out within the next 2 months or so.If no teeth have come through by the age of 2 years please write in again.

Hi Shasha

My little girl only got her first tooth at 18months. I was quite worried about her too, so I took her to the dentist who assured me that her teethe will come out at their own pace. Another this my dentist said it' s actually better for the teeth to come out later when the baby is almost or completely off the bottle.
