Q.

No Protein

Hi Doc

My son is 18 months old and from the time he started on solids (not pureed) food he doesn' t want to eat any meat. He eats only veg and am a bit concerned that he is not getting any protein. And I have heard that getting enough protein helps them sleep better. He is also on Nido. What can I do to have sure that he get enough protein in his diet.

Nido is obviously a good source of protein. If your toddler refuses to eat meat you can substitute with soya preparations.Look up vegetarian diets for young children.
