The average weight for a boy of 11 years is 35 kg. Your son's weight is definitely well below what I would expect it to be. The fact that he has no appetite is very unusual for an 11 year old boy and is also of concern. We need to know what is causing this problem. It may be that he has worms or anaemia or something else that is easy to treat. Of course TB needs to be excluded as a cause. Your son needs to be seen by a doctor and carefully examined to find out if he has any problem that needs to be treated.
