Q.

Nighttime sleeping

Hi,

I have a 7 week old girl who is sleeping so well during the night. She is gaining weight very well & is healthy. She has her last feed at around 6:15pm after a bath, etc. Lately she's been waking up between 2:30 and 3:30! She then sleeps another 2 1/2 - 4 hr stretch after that. I've read for this age that the stretch between feeds should be more like 5 - 6 hours (not 8 - 9!). Should I be concerned about this?

Thanks.

Your baby seems to be doing very well and is gaining weight. She seems to be a very content baby. There does not appear to be any cause for concern here.
