Q.

NIGHT TIME NAPPY CONCERN

My 4 year old daughter has been off nappies since 2 but now recently is back in a nappy at night. Should I be concerned?

This is common and your daughter may need to wear pull ups for a while. Start a star chart to wean her off having to wear a nappy at night. Start off by trying to get her to have a dry nappy in the morning and then give her a star if she has a dry night. If she gets 3 stars in a row give her a small reward. Gradually extend the number of dry nights for a reward and then get her off the nappies and continue with the star chart and the reward system for a short while.
