My son is 8 years old. Apart from having asthma for which he uses cronic medication, he is very healthy, takes part in sport and excells in school. A few months ago he started sweating heavily during the night. He doesn''t have a feaver. It stopped and a few evenings ago it started again. It doesn''t seem to bother him and he never wakes up during the sweat.

Night sweating is one of the most common symptoms of TB in children. Your son must be examined by his doctor so that TB can be excluded as a possible cause for his night sweats.
