Nexiam

My pediatrician recommended that my baby use Nexiam, as she suffers with reflux. She is also on Novalac AR. What is the function of the Nexiam? When is it best to give the Nexiam, in the morning or in the evening?

My 3 month old baby is on nexiam and on day 4 she started becoming constipated. she is feeding exclusively on breastmilk. is there a possibility that the nexiam can be the cause of her constipation. what can i use for the constipation problem
